The user acknowledges that he/she has read these General Terms and Conditions of Use and agrees to comply with them. Agregio reserves the right to amend this notice at any time. The user therefore agrees to consult it on a regular basis.

They are solely for internal use by Agregio.

Personal data collected on the Website may be collected for different purposes, depending on the website pages and the collection forms involved.

These are mainly the Contact forms:
Data are kept for the entirety of the relationship with you and up to 3 to 5 years afterwards at most, depending on the nature of the relationship in question.

  • Data relating to the Commercial, Communication and Other Subjects online forms are being stored in active database for a maximum of 3 years, depending on the nature of the relationship concerned.
  • Data relating to the Recruitment online form is being stored 2 years in active database, and at the end of this period, a further 3 years in intermediary database.Data thus collected will not be sold, exchanged or leased. In the event that you do not provide this information, Agregio may not be able to process the corresponding files.

In accordance with the above, you have a right of objection, access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability for the data pertaining to you.
